Respawn Entertainment appears to be working on a third Star Wars Jedi game, according to a new job listing for a Senior VFX Artist.
While this is by no means official confirmation of a sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, the fact the job opening is for the team responsible for the Jedi games is pretty encouraging news. It’s also worth considering that Game Director Stig Asmussen previously said that he would like to see the Star Wars Jedi games as as trilogy.
The job listing doesn’t really give too much away, with much of the blurb talking about EA as a whole and mentioning the various titles that Respawn has shipped to date. However, it does mention ‘experience with Wwise an Unreal Engine 4; Unreal Engine 5 is a big plus’ for the position.
